In a remote, deep forest, a mother and daughter find themselves stranded—near a corpse lying on the ground, covered in blood, mud, and fallen leaves. The injured mother remains in the car, while the daughter soon steps out in search of help. But it quickly becomes clear that this was no accident, and that something is hunting them.
