In 1998, three bullies at a British high school accidentally kill their favorite target, a girl named Shelley. Terrified of repercussions, the girls hang Shelley's body in the rafters to make it appear as though she committed suicide. On the eve of the twenty-year reunion, Shelley's spirit returns from the grave to take bloody vengeance on her killers.
